Question: Automotive/heavy equipment parts describe three (3) inventory-pricing methods?

The only one that worked in my shop cost plus 100% seems steep but shelfing, boxes and space, and people to answer phones, insurance, taxes, keeping the lights turned on, building and overhead really eats into profit. Purchasing correctly makes the over the counter price look better to your customer. Buy in bulk at the price break items you can use up in six months.
