Although things have changed in my experience when ever I worked for a company I tried to operate every piece of equipment that they would let me in. Nowadays I do believe there are schools the class lasts for about six months and it would get you started but operating at a job IS the experience. I have had employee's with no experience and if they are willing to learn maybe spend time on there own and watch how the job is done, I move them into the machine as an opening appears. As far as a license I don't know if there is one unless you are talking about a truck driving license. |
