Call the rail lines they will get you going in the right direction

Call one of the large forwarders, they will do all for you, e.g. Schenker, Kuehne &Nagel and so on and so on

Local services probably wont haul it, but others like national probably will. like the freighliners. see if you can find out about the rates from dover, to the continent. then i dont know from there. i dont now of european railways.
